Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be at least Three (03) years. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.
2. The Tenderer must have experience of similar works in any organization of an amount not less than BDT 2,000,000.00 (BDT Twenty Lakh only) under maximum two (02) contracts within last five (05) years. The Tenderer must submit evidence(s) in the form of certificate(s) (End User Certificate / Work Completion Certificate / Supply Completion Certificate / Final Acceptance Certificate) from the end users. Evidence(s) must contain full details of the Contracts such as organization name, Contract number, Contract Price of the supplied items, Final Contract Price as executed, completion period with date, performance of supplied items, details of the certificate issuing person etc. Only Notification of Award (NOA) / Contract Agreement / Purchase Order / Work Order shall not be treated as Experience. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.
3. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than BDT 2,000,000.00 (BDT Twenty Lakh only) over the last three (03) years. Supporting documents to be submitted. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities, net of other contractual commitments, of the Tenderer shall be BDT 3,000,000.00 (BDT Thirty Lakh only) on of after the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal. Supporting documents where amount is mentioned to be submitted as a proof.
5. The Tenderer must submit documentary evidence regarding approval from Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE) for Load Test.
6. The Tenderer must submit ISO Certificate for Inspection, Testing and Calibration.
