Eligibility criteria:
01. Tenderer must submit the following documents:
i) Up-to-date or FY: 2024-25 income tax clearance certificate
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate
iii) Up-to-date or FY: 2024-25 trade license
iv) If any machine is unable to perform scanning then it should be repaired quickly by explaining the
exact reason and if unable to repair AXM-980 OMR Machine should be supplied during EXAM
v) Must have AXM-980 OMR Machine maintenance work experience in minimum 01(One)
Education board.
vi) Bank solvency paper should be mentioning tender id, tender reference number, date between
Tender publish and Opening date amount of BDT 1,84,400.00 (One lac Eighty four thousand and
Four hundred)
02. Other required eligibility and conditions are shown in TDS, PCC, ITT
03. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all Tenders/Proposals /Pre-Qualifications /
EOIs any time
04. Contract will signed within 7 (Seven) days of issue NOA.
05. All work finished within 30 days from contract sign date.
06. In case of late completion of work, bill will be deducted the payment at the rate of
0.10% per day.
07. Bill will submit within 07(Seven) days after completion of work.
08. Any organization associated with the Jessore Education Board's check fraud will not be able to submit tenders (e-GP/manual) for any tender of this board.
