Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 150000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 450000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 150000000 ~ 450000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) The Tenderers must have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience of construction works.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in construction work of at least 1(one) RCC framed structured building including civil and electrification works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) Crore in a single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 22.00 (Twenty Two) Crore in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
(d) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW3-7 in original form) of Tk. 10.00 Crore. Other formats/documents are not acceptable.
(e) The Tender Capacity is Tk. 13.0 (Thirteen) Crore. Supporting documentary evidence must be submitted.
(f) The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, up-to-date Trade license and up-to-date ABC Contractor and Supervisory License.
(g) In case of JV, The lead partner shall have the maximum portion of business share.
All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
