Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2500000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5(Five) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
(b) The minimum specific experience of at least 1(One) contract of similar nature of work successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 21,00,000/- (Twelve one Lac) only.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 90,00,000/- (Ninety lac) only over the last 5(Five) years.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 30,00,000/- (Thirty Lac) only. submitted in form PW2a-3 otherwise tender shall be Non-responsive.
(e) Upto date Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate and BIN.
(f) Tenderer must have Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory licence issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(g) Other qualifications are described in tender documents and tender data sheet (TDS).
