Eligibility criteria:
Brief Eligibility and Qualification of Tenderer
a) The tenderer is required to have a single work order experience in BADC within the last five (05) financial years. Taka 4.00 (Four) lakhs should have similar work experience.
b) The Tenderer shall have average annual construction turnover of minimum Tk. 3.00 (Three) Lakh over the last 5 (five) years.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 3.50 (Three point five) Lakhs in last 6 (six) months before publishment of the tender notice.
d) Tenderer must submit up to date trade license, VAT and Income Tax certificate. To avail Tax exemption, Tribal Traders have to submite proper evidence of NBR Tax exemption.
e) Tenderer's must have BADC Contractor Enlistment. (Tenderer whose are enlisted previously in BADC and applying for renewal of enlistment within this financial year will also be accepted by submission of enlistment renewal payment’s money receipt)
f) Tenderer (Proprietor) must be permanent resident of Rangamati or Bandarban or Khagrachhari District (According to NID or Smart Card). Bill will be paymented with the availability of fund.
