Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2366666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7100000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2366666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
(b) The Tenderer must have experience in supplying similar goods of minimum BDT 23,00,000.00 (Taka Twenty Three Lakh only) for any power system utilities/organizations under a single contract in the last 3 (Three) years. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Work / Supply Completion Certificate / Acceptance Certificate to be submitted. Only Notification of Award (NOA) / Contract / Purchase Order / Work Order shall not be treated as Experience.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 25,00,000.00 (Taka Twenty Five Lakh only) on or after the date of publication of IFT. Supporting documents stating the amount must be submitted.
(d) The Tenderer has to submit Manufacturer's Authorization Letter for item no. 1 of 'Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG3-4)'.
(e) The Tenderer has to submit a Type test report of the same model as the offered 145kV outdoor Termination Kit from the STL laboratory.
(f) The Tenderer has to submit a confirmation letter that the tenderer has available resource persons (including a jointer/fitter certified by the manufacturer of the offered termination kit) and tools & equipment to complete the work specified in the ‘Price and Delivery Schedule of Related Services (Form e-PG3-3B)..
(g) The Tenderer has to submit a guarantee certificate that the offered goods of item no. 1 & 2 of 'Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG3-4)' can be used without any kind of modification to the existing system.
