Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 7500000.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods and related services in any Power Plant or in any industrial entity amounting not less than BDT 21,00,000.00 (Taka Twenty One Lac Only) under a maximum number of 2 (Two) contracts in the last 2 (Two) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
The Tenderer shall have minimum amount of Bank Guarantee or credit line facility of BDT 24,00,000.00 (Taka Twenty Four Lac Only), net of other contractual commitments at the time of tender submission (In case of credit facility Bank shall mention name of Procuring entity and tender name). The Tenderer shall submit documents as evidence of the above requirements (end user certificate). The Tenderer shall submit valid and updated Trade license, TIN, Income Tax Certificate and VAT registration certificate(13 digit).
