Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 7333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 22000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 22000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of lifts, brand & country of origin Fujitec (Japan), Hitachi (Japan), Kone (Finland), Mitsubishi (Japan), Otis (USA / Japan / France), Schindler (Switzerland), Thyssenkrupp (Germany) provided the lift manufacturing company shall have lift manufacturing capability for speed 10 m/sec (minimum) as supplier shall be 5 (Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of lift ,brand & country of origin Fujitec (Japan), Hitachi (Japan), Kone (Finland), Mitsubishi (Japan), Otis (USA / Japan / France), Schindler (Switzerland), Thyssenkrupp (Germany) or equivalent product; provided the lift manufacturing company shall be a multinational one and shall have lift manufacturing capability for speed 10 m / sec (minimum), at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk.680.00 (Six hundred eighty) lac.
3. The Tender supply capacity minimum 13 (Thirteen) Nos lift per year above mention brand and country of origin.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk 680.00( Six hundred eighty) lac. The tenderer must be submitted letter of commitment for bank’s undertaking line of credit in form PG3-8.
5. Must be submitted up to date trade license, VAT registration certificate, income TAX clearance certificate and ABC electric and supervisory licenses.,manufature authorisation (PG-5) and IRC certificate
6. Additional qualification criteria wolud have detail in TDS.
7. PE can reserve right reject/cancelled any or all tender without assigned any reason.
