Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1400000 ~ 4200000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) The Tenderer shall have to provide valid Trade License, valid Tax Tax Return Certificate and VAT registration number as a proof of taxation obligation, Bank statement or Credit Line as a proof of liquid assets.
2) The Tenderer shall have to provide proper documents reflecting experience on supplying related items for last 03 (three) years. Tenderer should have successful experience on supplying Animal Feed/Deer Feed of an amount of minimum 10 (Ten) lac taka in a single contract to Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous Bodies in last 03 (three) years.
3) Tender shall be accompanied by a tender security in a favor of DD, RAO, Shahjibazar Power Station in the form of DD/Pay order from any schedule Bank of Bangladesh.
4) The Tenderer must mention supply items' technical specification and country of origin.
5) .Supplied goods will be received in store in various segment according to need of stock. Every time tenderer will be informed 'the amount to be supplied' and 'time period of supply' through official letter. Total segment number will be decided by procuring entity only. No objection from tenderer will be counted. R&I and bill will be processed according to the supply segment seperately.
6)The Tenderer must fulfill other conditions as per tender data sheet (TDS)
