Every time, the tenderer will be informed of 'the amount to be supplied' and 'the time period of supply' through an official letter. The total segment number will be decided by the procuring entity only. No objection from the tenderer will be counted. R&I and bill will be processed according to the supply segment separately.
4. Tenderers are highly encouraged to quote the tender price not more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate to ensure the proper quality of goods. It will be treated as an abnormal deviation from the market price and may cause the tender to be rejected.
