* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 186666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 560000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 186666 ~ 560000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) The Tenderer shall have to provide valid Trade License, valid Tax Return Certificate and 13 digit VAT registration number as a proof of taxation obligation, Bank statement or Credit Line as a proof of liquid assets.
2) Tenderer should have successful supply record of Tk. 1.6 (One point six) lac in a single contract to Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous Bodies in last 03 (Three) years.
3) Tender shall be accompanied by a tender security in favor of DD, RAO, Shahjibazar Power Station in the form of DD/Pay order from any schedule Bank of Bangladesh.
4) The Tenderer must mention supply items' technical specification and country of origin.
5) Tenderers are required to provide samples of every item listed in the Price and Delivery Schedule prior to the tender opening. The TEC will carefully assess the quality of each sample. Any tenderer who submits lower-quality products or fails to provide samples will be disqualified by the TEC.
6)The Tenderer must fulfill other conditions as per tender data sheet (TDS)
