Eligibility criteria:
All e-Gp registered potential tenderers are eligible to submit tender provided they have the following qualifications as wel as other qualifications mentioned in the Tender Data Sheet:
a. The intending tenderer's must enclose VAT Registration certificate, Up to date Income Tax clearance certificate, Up-to-date Trade License are to be enclosed along with the tender.
b. The minimum of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as supplier shall be 05 years.
c. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 contract sucecessfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 2.10 Lac .
d. The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PG3A-8 in original form) of Tk. 2.40 Lac. Other formats/documents are not acceptable.
e. The contract agreement signed with the awarded tenderer will be a "Framework agreement" as per attached format. Period for suppliers /related services is 1 Year.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.Specification mentioned in or documents enclosed with the tender are the part and parcel of the tender
