Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1666666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The tenderer is required to have a single work order in any Government/Semi-Goverment/Autonomous Institution within the last three financial years anywhere in the three hill districts (Rangamati, Bandarban & Khagrachhari) TK. 12 (Twelve) lakhs should have similar work experience.
b) Tenderer must submit trade license, VAT and Income Tax certificate. All documents must be up to date. To avail Tax exemption, Tribal Traders have to submite proper evidence of NBR Tax exemption
c) The Tenderer shall have average annual construction turnover of minimum TK 14 (Fourteen) Lakh over the last 5 (five) years. The work completion and payment certificates of the completed works during last 5 ( five) years should be submitted to calculate average annual turnover. Contractor will have to submit the statement of average annual construction turnover for the said amount /the document submitted. Turnover must be supported by Bank Statement of the Tenderer.
d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities for the Tenderer shall be 11 (Eleven) Lakhs in last 6 ( six) months before published the tender notice. For credit facilities, sanctioned amount of line of credit & up to date balance of line of credit should be clearly mentioned in credit facilities certificate.
e) The duration of Tender Security will be eight months for those, who submitted Bank Guarantee. Otherwise tender proposal will be cancelled.
f) The work may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/design/budget allocation. Payment shall be made subject to availibility of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained.
g) The Tenderer are requested to read the Tender document & Tender notice throughly. The tenderer can participate in all lots but one tenderer shall get maximum 02 (two) lots(if responsive lowest is more than 02 (two) lots).
