Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The tenderer is required to have a single work order in Hill Tracts (Rangamati, Bandarban, Sylhet, Hobigonj, Moulavibazar & Khagrachhari) in the last 5 financial years TK. 28 lakhs should have similar work experience.
b) Tenderer must submit up to date trade license, VAT & Income Tax certificate. The duration of Tender Security will be eight months for those, who submitted Bank Guarantee. Otherwise tender proposal will be cancelled.
c) The Tenderer shall have average annual construction turnover of minimum TK 28 Lakhs over the last 5 years. The work done and payment certificates of the completed works should be submitted for calculation. Tenderer will have to submit the statement of average annual construction turnover for the said amount. Turnover must be supported by Bank Statement of the Tenderer.
d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets/working capital/credit facilities shall be TK 30 Lakhs in last 6 months before published the tender notice. Sanctioned amount of line of credit & up to date balance of line of credit should be clearly mentioned in credit facilities certificate.
e) Manufacturer's Authorization Letter needed for pump motor & MPPT controller. Manufacturer's original catalogue/brochure with all required information, technical papers & performance curve of the solar pump motor set must be submitted. ISO & EN Standardization Certificate of the Manufacturer needed for pump motor. No Photocopy will be accepted.
f) Sample of Motor, MPPT Controller & Solar Panel will be collected in Executive Engineer Office, BADC, Rangamati. Sample will be sent to BUET/CUET /RUET/MIST for satisfactory test report. One Tenderer shall get maximum 02 (two) lots, if Tenderer's responsive lowest is more than 02 lots.
