Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 316666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 950000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 316666 ~ 950000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The tenderer must have a specific experience of satisfactory completion of similar works of a value of not less than Tk 2,50,000.00 (Two Lakh Fifty Thousand) under a single contract in the last 03 (three) years in any government organization. The Tenderer must submit evidence(s) in the form of certificate(s) (End User Certificate / Work Completion Certificate / Final Acceptance Certificate) from the end users. Evidence(s) must contain full details of the Contracts such as organization name, Contract number, Contract Price of the works, Final Contract Price as executed, completion period with date, details of the certificate issuing person etc. Only Notification of Award (NOA) / Contract Agreement / Purchase Order / Work Order shall not be treated as Experience.
b) The testing laboratory shall have the national or International Accreditation and this accreditation certificate shall be submitted along with the tender.
c) The tenderer has to submit an authorization letter from the organization which has Laboratory facilities for Transformer Oil Test or a declaration letter from the Tenderer that they have their own Laboratory facilities for Transformer Oil Test where the Dissolved gas analysis (DGA) test will be carried out.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities, net of other contractual commitments, of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 3,50,000.00 (Three Lakh Fifty Thousand Taka only) on or after date of publication of IFT. Supporting documents stating the amount must be submitted.
Note: Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.
