Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 166666 ~ 500000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The tenderer must have an experience in similar works completed under a single contract within the last 3 (Three) years in any govt organization having a value of not less than Tk. 1,25,000/- (Taka One lakh twenty five thousand only). The Tenderer must submit evidence(s) in the form of certificate(s) (End User Certificate / Work Completion Certificate / Supply Completion Certificate / Final Acceptance Certificate) from the end users. Only Notification of Award (NOA) / Contract Agreement / Purchase Order / Work Order shall not be treated as Experience. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.
b) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be at least three (03) years. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.
c) The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk.1,80,000/-(Taka One lakh eighty thousand only) over the last Three (03) years. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities, net of other contractual commitments, of the Tenderer shall be Tk.1,70,000/-(Taka One lakh seventy thousand only) on of after date of publication of IFT. Supporting documents where amount is mentioned to be submitted as a proof.
e) The tenderer must have an updated acid carrying/selling license.
