5. Delivery in Three lots. Per lot would be of 5000 Kgs. Each lot to be delivered within 30 days interval. Delivery schedule might be changed with the requirements of factory.
6. Bill will be paid after delivey of each lot of 5000 Kgs.
7. Manufacturing Certificate mentioning that the Thread is made of 14 (Fourteen) Ply.
8. Bidder must submit sample of One Cone (1 Kg. ) Sewing Thread (White) within 3 (Three) Working days after opening of Tender, Otherwise Tender will be cancelled.
