5. Manufacturer’s Certificate of Analysis must be submitted along with the Technical Offer. Technical Scrunity will be done on the basis of submitted Certificate of Analysis. The Analysis Certificate will include Name & Designation of the Chemist and the Certificate Date should not be 01 (One) month older than the Tender Date.
