* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৮,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,০০০,০০০ ~ ১৮,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Up to date Trade Licence, IT Certificate & Bank Solvency Certificate mentioning the requisite amount of Liquid Asset
2. BIN
3. Brand, Type, Model & Country of Origin to be mentioned in the Technical Offer.
4. Detailed Specifications must be mentioned in the Technical Schedule.
5. Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter in favor of the Bidder must be submitted.
6. Manufacturer’s Certificate of Analysis (CoA) must be submitted along with the Offer. Technical Scrunity will be done based on the submitted CoA and the Sample. The CoA must clearly mention the Name & Designation of the Chemist and the date of issuance of the Certificate shall not be older than 15 days from the Tender Date.
7. The Bidders have to submit 500 ml of Sample of H2SO4 within 3 working days from the date of Tender Opening.
8. i) The specified quantity of H2SO4 to be supplied within 3 months and delivery shall commence from the date of issuance of PO. ii) The quantity and schedule of delivery shall be determined solely based on CUFL’s requirements. The successful bidder will be notified in writing or by phone 24 hours prior to taking delivery. The Bidder shall confirm delivery accordingly. iii) The Supplier shall thoroughly inspect, supervise, and monitor the entire system of supplying H2SO4 from its tanker to the H2SO4 Storage Tank and shall make any necessary adjustments at its own cost and responsibility, if required. iv) The delivered quantity of H2SO4 shall be measured and confirmed based on the CUFL H2SO4 Reservoir Tank Level Percentage.
9. The Supplier must submit the Invoice/Challan issued by the original Manufacturer at the time of delivery of the Goods.
10. Partial Payment against Partial Delivery is allowed.
