কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Up to date Trade Licence
2. Up to date Income Tax Certificate
3. VAT Registration Certificate
4. Up to date Bank Solvency mentioning the requisite amount of Liquid Asset
5. Brand, Type, Model & Country of Origin must be mentioned along with the technical offer.
6. The Brand of the Goods should be SKF, NTN, NSK or FAG.
7. The items must be manufactured in the EU, Japan, Germany or USA.
8. Suffixes may vary according to the Brand.
9. The Bidder must submit Manufacturer’s/ Global Distributor’s/Local Agent’s Authorization Letter along with the offer. They must confirm that the items will be supplied from their store.
10. In case of Global Distributor/Local Agent, necessary Documents (Manufacturer’s Authorization Certificate in favor of them etc.) are to be submitted with valid/authentic email address of the Manufacturer for checking.
11. The Invoice/Challan issued by the Manufacturer/Global Distributor/Local Agent should be submitted at the time of delivery of the Goods.
12. Detailed Specifications must be mentioned in the Technical Schedule.
13. Manufacturer’s original Catalogue, Drawing etc. should be submitted along with the offer and these particulars must be in English Language.
14. Successful bidder has to supply full quantities included in the Lot. Otherwise, full Performance Security will be forfeited.
15. Partial delivery and Partial Payment are not allowed.
16. Delivery Period : 90 (Ninety) Days from the date of issuance of Purchase Order.
