* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Up to date Trade Licence
2. Up to date Income Tax Certificate
3. VAT Registration Certificate
4. Up to date Bank Solvency Certificate mentioning the requisite amount of Liquid Asset
5. Brand, Type, Model and Country of Origin must be clearly mentioned for the items in the offer.
6. The bidders must submit Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter in favor of them.
7. The bidder must submit the Manufacturer’s Catalogue/Technical Data Sheet of the offered Lead Acid Industrial Batteries along with the bid.
8. The bidder must submit the Manufacturer’s Test Report / Factory Test Certificate of the batteries along with the offer.
9. The successful bidder must provide at least 01 (One) Year Warranty Certificate for the supplied batteries from the date of Final Acceptance.
10. The bidder must submit an Experience Certificate issued by any Government, Semi-Government or Government Corporation confirming that the bidder has successfully completed the supply of similar goods with a value of at least Tk. 38,00,000/- (Thirty-Eight Lakh only) under a single Purchase Order within the last 05 (Five) years.
11. Delivery Period : 60 (Sixty) Days from the date of issuance of Purchase Order.
12. Other details shall be as specified in the Document uploaded under the "Drawings" section of the "Document" tab.
