* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The Minimum number of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 (Five) Years.
2. The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk-25.000 Lakh in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 (five) Years.
3. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk-30.000 Lakh over the last 05 (five)(30*5=150.000 lakh) Years, (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).
4. Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK -30.000 lakh. acceptable in the form of PW2(a)-7 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID.
5. Income tax clearance certificate upto date & VAT registration certificate (13 Digit). & Tenderer must have valid Trade License (2023-2024).
Satisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS.
If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
Note: P.M office letter Memo-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018.377 Dated: 30.08.2018 & 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018.259 Dated: 03.10.2019. etc are applicable. According to the above memo, it his/her prvious work does not satisfactory the tenderer will be considered as non-responsible.
