Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1333333 ~ 4000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Any e-GP registered Tenderers of Bangladesh fulfill the criteria mentioned as Per ITT & TDS, PCC are eligible to participate in the Procurement Process.
b) Qualified suppliers who have minimum 01 (One) year of general experience in furniture supply counting backward from the date of tender publication (IFT) in the Newspaper.The certificate of the first furniture supplied should be uploaded.
c) Supplier who have minimum specific experience in supply of furniture(wooden) to educational institutions at least in 01 (One) contracts successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, contract with a value of work order at least Tk 8 (Eight Lakh ) Lakh in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body of Bangladesh. (completion certificate and work order shall have to be enclosed).
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amount in Tk 14.000 lakh (Fourteen Lakh) in the form of only PG2-7 mentioning the name of the work, supported by bank certificate (Original copy only) period should be within 28 (twenty eight) days counting backward from the last date of tender submission. Incase of bank statement deposit must remain 01 (One) consecutive working days (days end banking balance) (within the date of publication to newspaper to submission date of tender) must be the above amount. In case of credit facilities, conditional bank certificate/bank solvency certificate shall not be accepted as liquid assets.
