Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 100000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 300000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 100000000 ~ 300000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. A supplier or an authorized representative/agent of any enlisted TIER-1 PV module manufacturing company for supplying of PV module. In case of Authorization one manufacturer can authorize only one bidder & authorization letter to be submitted along with the tender.
2. Tenderer must have at least 5 years (from the date of publication of the tender) general experience as supplier in supply of goods and related services.
3. Tenderer must have 3 years (from the date of publication of the tender) specific experience of satisfactory completion for supplying, installation and commissioning of 1- 2 (one to two) cusec capacity's solar irrigation pump system. That contract valuation must be minimum 9.50 crores in a single contract in any Govt./semi Govt./Autonomous organization which have been completed following the PPR-2008 and have the tender ID with work order. Certificate of similar works from institution without following the PPR-2008 and which have not tender ID with work order will not be accepted.
4. The tenderer shall have work experience for Installation of minimum 2 nos. of Grid Tie Net Metering Hybrid System with necessary fittings from solar irrigation pumps in any govt/semi-govt/Autonomous organizations.
5. The average annual turn-over of the tenderer will be minimum Tk. 9.50 crores.
6. Tenderer must have financial solvency amounting minimum Tk. 9.50 crores for supplying of goods and related services. Financial solvency/ credit facility certificate from a nationalize bank of Bangladesh must be submitted with the tender.
7. Tenderer must have update trade license, IT clearance certificate, TIN and VAT registration certificate.
8. Tenderer shall submit the sample (i e. Motor-pump, solar panel & motor controller/inverter etc.each one piece) in Rajshahi regional store before submission of tender and receipt of the sample submission has to attach with the tender document
