Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 28333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 85000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 28333333 ~ 85000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall be-
1. A supplier or an authorized representative/agent of any enlisted TIER-1 PV module manufacturing company for supplying of PV module. In case of authorization one manufacturer can authorize only one bidder and authorization letter to be submitted along with the tender.
2. Suppliers/Tenderer must have 5 (Five) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system) specific experience of satisfactory completion for supplying, installation and commissioning of Solar Drip irrigation pump system. That contract valuation must be minimum 2.75 crores in a double contracts in any Govt./semi Govt./Autonomous organization which have been completed following the PPR-2008 and have the tender ID with work order. Certificate of similar works from institution without following the PPR-2008 and which have not tender ID with work order will not be accepted.
3.The tenderer/Suppliers shall have work experience for Installation of minimum 2 (Two) numbers of Solar Drip irrigation system with solar panel, Pump-motor, controller with necessary fittings in any government organizations.
4. Suppliers/Tenderer must have financial solvency amounting minimum Tk. 2.50 crores for supplying of goods and related services. Financial solvency/ credit facility certificate from a nationalize bank of Bangladesh must be submitted with the tender.
5. Tenderer must have update trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, TIN and VAT registration certificate.
6. Tenderer shall submit the sample for each item (i e. Motor-pump, solar panel & auto motor controller/inverter, each one piece) in Rajshahi regional store before submission of tender and receipt of the sample submission has to attach with the tender document.
All other conditions as mentioned in the tender document should be full filled by the tenderer.
