Brief Description of Package: (a) Yearly cleaning of all equipments, machines, Pipelines, walls, Floors, Toilets & Stairs of Central Control Bldg, Ash Control Bldg, Auxiliary boiler building, Boiler house, CWP Pump house, Turbine Hall, Water Treatment control building, Compressor house, Hydrogen Plant, Sodium Hypochlorite Plant, Waste Water Treatment Plant, Dosing Rooms, Intake water Pump house etc.
(b) Yearly Cleaning of all Water tanks of Water treatment plant.
(C) Loading/unloading of filter materials, Salt in salt solution tank (Loading) &
(d) Yearly carrying of different type of Chemicals/Goods/Wastage Coal etc.

Tender Security: 90000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 9000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(1) Tenderer NID & Renewed Trade license.
(2) Up-to-date VAT registration certificate and Income tax certificate.
(3) The minimum number of general experiences of tenderer shall be last 5 (Five) years.
(4) Specific experience for similar works shall be 3 (Three) years.
(5) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk.20 (Twenty) Lakh under single contract over a period of last 5 (five) years shall be required.
(6) The tenderer shall have a minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) of amount BDT 10 (Ten) lakh. (Steady balance for 7 (seven) days prior to submission of the tender) from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments of the amount as specified in the TDS.
(7) The required average annual turnover (for works) shall be greater than Tk. 15 (Fifteen) Lakh over the last 5 (Five) years. The period may be best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
(8) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated, the tender will be rejected.
(9) The tenderer should fulfill the other requirements described in the Tender Document (TDS & PCC).
(10) Authorization letter on the headpad of the tenderer. In case of shortage of any requirement, the tenderer will be treated as non-responsive.
