Brief Description of Package: (a) Yearly Cleaning of all Equipments, Pipeline, Ducts, Walls, Floors, Washrooms, Turbine Hall, Boiler house, Main Control Building, Network control building & other buildings etc. of Barapukuria 275 MW Power station (Unit -3).

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 11000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3666666 ~ 11000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(1) NID & Renewed Trade license.
(2) Up-to-date VAT registration certificate and Income tax certificate.
(3) The minimum number of general experiences of tenderer shall be last 1 (One) year.
(4) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 1 (One) contract(s) of similar nature & complexity successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 20 (Twenty) Lakh.
(5) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 15 (Fifteen) Lakh
(6) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 20 (Twenty) Lakh over the best 3 (Three) years in the last 5 (Five) financial years.
(7) The tenderer should fulfill the other requirements described in the Tender Document (TDS & PCC).
(8) Authorization letter on the letter-headpad of the tenderer. In case of shortage of any requirement, the tenderer will be treated as non-responsive.
