Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 900000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2700000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 900000 ~ 2700000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 5 (Five) years.
(b) The minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in the successful completion of Similar Nature works of minimum BDT 5.50 (Five Point Five Zero) Lac in a single contract within the last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of BDT 38.50 (Thirty Eight Point Five Zero) Lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under the public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be BDT 8.00 (Eight point Zero) Lac in the form PW3-7 (Failing to submit in form PW3-7 will make the tenderer non-responsive).
(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 8.00 (Eight point Zero) Lac To Calculate Tender Capacity, the Tenderer must be submitted list of ongoing works under any public sector and existing commitments must be mentioned.
(f) Tenderer's having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official estimated cost, shall be rejected.
(g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the Tender Data Sheet & Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC) of tender documents.
