* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3666666.

Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3666666 ~ 11000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the Repair works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 3 (Three) years.
(b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) Number of Repair / Maintenance/ Building construction works works of minimum Tk. 30.00 (Thirty Lakh) in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 03 (Three) years. In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. In case of the work done under any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of BDT 22.00 (Twenty Two) Lakh Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under the public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be BDT BDT 22.00 (Twenty two) Lakh in the form PW2a-8 (Failing to submit in form PW2a-8 will make the tenderer non-responsive).
(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 33.00 (Thirty Three) Lakh To Calculate Tender Capacity, the Tenderer must submit list of ongoing works under any public sector and existing commitments must be mentioned.
(f) Tenderers must submit Up-to-date trade license, valid VAT Registration certificate, Up-to-date TIN certificate
