Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 25000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8333333 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer have to submit the following Documents otherwise will be disqualified:
1. Tenderer must submit up-to-date Income Tax Return Certificate, Vat Certificate, Trade License & Bank solvency Certificate.
2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (three) years of overall experience in the supply of Goods.
3. The Tenderer must have at least 01(one) satisfactory completion of similar works experience of supplying “Air Condition supply, installation & commissioning” value of a minimum amount of Tk. 90,00,000/- (Ninety Lakh taka) in any govt., semi govt. & autonomous company within last 03 (three) years.
4. Tenderer must have minimum amount of liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit lines of BDT 90.00 (ninety) Lakh only.
5.Tenderer must submit supply items new, unused & genuine certificate.
6. Tenderer must submit one-year warranty certificate.
7. Tenderer must fulfill the details Technical Specifications.
8. There should be a site visit by the contractor, after visit contractor will submit a report. This report is mandatory at the time of evaluation.
9. Tenderer must submit ABC License.
