* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5400000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer must submit the following documents otherwise will be disqualified: -
1. Tenderer must submit up to date trade license, income tax, VAT certificate.
2. The Tenderer must have the specific satisfactory experience of Supply pump & Spare parts to any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization under a 01(one) contract of amount at least 12.50 (Twelve lac Fifty Thousand) Lac within last 5 (Five) years. (Work Experience Certificate must be submitted).
3. Tenderer must have minimum 3 (three) years of experience.
4. Minimum working Capital or Credit line of the Tenderer shall be BDT 17(Seventeen lac) Lac.
5. Tenderer must submit supply items new, unused & genuine certificate.
6. Tenderer must submit one year warranty/guarantee certificate.
7. Tenderer must submit manufacturer's authorization Letter.
8. Tenderer must submit inspection certificate.
9. Tenderer must be submitted manufacturing country of origin certificate during delivery.
10. Tenderer must be provided factory test report from VOITH Germany.
