* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT 20.00 Lakh only for the Tender ID (984347 to 984348).If the Tenderer successful in more than one Lot/ID (in same Notice that published in Newspaper), should satisfy the Liquid Asset Criteria in multiple of minimum amount [i.e Liquid Asset Amount should be ≥No. of Lots x Minimum Amount of Liquid Asset]; Otherwise the Tenderer shall be disqualified for multiple Lots.
b) According to Letter Memo No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377; Dated : 30/08/2018 & Memo No : 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259; Dated: 03.10.2019 from Office of The Prime Minister and CPTU Letter Memo No : 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Date : 10.10.2019.; the contractor who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
c) If the tenderer quoted rate more than 10 percent less from the official estimated cost: must have to submit detail Analysis (According to the Compatible Market Price) against his/ her quoted rate without any satisfactory explanation and rate analysis the tenderer not to be considered as a qualified tenderer.
d) If the participants quoted rates are equal or near about equal and acceptable to the compatible market price Among 03 (Three) Nos Tender Id ( 984347 to 9784349) Maximum 01 (One) Nos Tender will be Provide to a Bidder.
e) Tenderer must submit a successful Completed Similar Supply Certificate Which will not less than 12 Lac bdt.
f) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
