9. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years.
10. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 contract(s) of Construction of Boundary wall successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at Least Tk 35,00,000/-(Taka Thirty Five lac )[ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper][copy of workworder & Completion certificate must be submitted in support of fulfilling the requierments.
11. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 35x5=175.00 lac over the last 05 (Five ) years .(For Calculating Turn Over only payment certificates shall be taken into account. No completion certificate will be considered in this matter).(Tenderers participating more than one package under the same APP ID/IFT in newspaper, Should Satisfy these qualification requirements seperately for each package)
12.The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 30 Lac.
