Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 18000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 54000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 18000000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The invitation for tender is open to all eligible Tenderers/Contractor who have comply the following condition:-
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the electrical works prime contractorshall be 5 (five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in providing, installation testing &commissioning gate compound & street light at least one contract successfully completed within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk.145.00 (One hundred forty five) lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.
(c) The tenderers must possess up-to-date trade and VAT registration certificate, income TAX clearance certificate, ABC Contractor’s and supervisory license.
(d) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk 350.00 (Three hundred fifty) lac over the last 5 (five) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
(e) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit facilities as PW2a-3 format of the Tenderers shall be Tk 110.00 (One hundred ten) lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued by scheduled bank in between tender publication and submission date in e-GP portal.
(f) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.145.00 (One hundred forty five) lac. In case of JV tender capacity required for leading and other partners shall be as described in TDS.
(g) The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders and no claims will be accepted in this regard.
