* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 825000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 275000 ~ 825000.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
1.Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum [05 (Five)] years of general experience in Construction works.
2.Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least [01(one)] number of similar nature of Building construction works worth not less than Tk [2.10 (Two point Five ) Lakh] only in a single work order in Government/ SemiGovernment/Autonomous
Organization of Bangladesh during last [05 (Five)] years. 3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 7..50 ( seven point five )Lakh] over the last [05 (Five)]years.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer
shall be Tk [1.50 (one point five) Lakh] to be submitted in from PW2a-3 otherwise tender
shall be Non-responsive.
5.Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
6.All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must
be fulfilled.
