Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1366666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4100000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1366666 ~ 4100000.

Eligibility criteria:
This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to al eligible tenderer registered in e GP system meeting the following criteria:
1. The Tenderer s must have minimum 03(Three) years of general experience of construction works..
2. The minimum specific experience as Construction works including fencing/wall/Column etc with minimum 5 mm CNC cutting a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 contract successfully completed within the last 3 years, with a value of at least Tk. 9.00 lac. (The Tenderer must enclose have a certificate to perform construction work including fencing/walls/columns, etc. with minimum 5 mm CNC cutting)
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.40.00 (Forty ) Lac in the last three (3) financial years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover. In JV works, JV share must be declared, otherwise the certificate wil be rejected and tenderer treated as non-responsive.(Year-wise calculation sheet for turnover as per payment certificate will have to be submitted.)
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the e-PW2A-8 form without any alteration) Tk. 10.00 Lac.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall have 10.00 lac( To determine the tender capacity, a signed calculation sheet and a list of ongoing work with cost must be submitted)
6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, up to-date trade license and up-to-date ABC contractor and supervisory license.
7. Others qualification stated in TDS & PCC.
