Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1833333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
01. The Tenderer must have general experience of 5 (Five) years.
02. The tenderer must have working experience of civil construction works or civil repair and maintenance works or road/soil excavation & underground cable laying works under govt/semi govt/Autonomous organization amounting not less than taka 12.00 (Twelve) Lakh only as a prime contractor in a single contract within last 5 (five) years.
03. The required average turnover shall be greater than Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Lakh only over the last 3 (three) years.
04. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facility from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh shall be Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) lakh only which shall be supported by a bank statement and the statement will not be before the tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderers who will submit credit facilities from the bank should submit a letter of commitment for banks undertaking for a line of credit (form PW3-7).
05. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
06. Joint Venture/Consortium shall not be eligible for this Tender.
07. Tenderer Must submit up-to-date valid trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate with Income TAX return certificate/acknowledgment slip.
