Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.
Eligibility criteria:
01. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Repair and Maintenance works as Prime Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.
02. The Tenderer must submit satisfactory completion certificate of Vehicle Repairing works under Govt/ Semi govt/ Autonomous organization/ Public Limited Company amounting not less than Tk 3.00 (Three) Lakh only as a prime contractor in a single contract/ work order within last 5 (Five) years.
03. The minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 4.50 (Four Point Five Zero) Lakh only which shall be supported by bank statement and the statement or credit facilities should not be before tender publication date in the e-GP Portal. Tenderer those will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit letter of commitment for banks undertaking for line of credit (form e-PW2A-8).
04. The required average turnover shall be greater than Tk 2.50 (Two Point Five Zero) Lakh only over the last 3 (Three) financial years.
05. Tenderer must submit up-to-date valid Trade License, VAT Registration certificate & TIN certificate with up-to-date income tax return certificate/ acknowledgment slip.
06. The Tenderer must submit documents of having own automobile repairing and maintenance Workshop.
07. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
08. Joint Venture/ Consortium shall not be eligible for this Tender.
