Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 18000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 54000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 54000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction/maintenance works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 5 (Five) years.
2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in RCC Construction works of at least 1 (one) number contract successfully completed within the last 05(Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 1.40 Crore in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.
The experience should be certified by designated officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer
3). The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk. 1.10 Crore over the best 3(three) years in the last 5(five) financial years. Financial year wise payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4) The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.53 lac.
5). The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.1.60 Crore.
6. The Tenderer must possess up-to-date trade license, ABC License, BIN, TIN etc.
