Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier/Prime Contractor/Sub-contractor/Management Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.
2) The minimum specific experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor of river training works/river protection works by supply and dumping of angular rock at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 20 (twenty) years with a value of 26 (Six) crore in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Organization; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. The experience should be certified by designated officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
3) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 90 (Ninety) Crore over the best 03 (three) years in the last 5 (five) financial years. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under the public sector must be submitted along with the tender in support of the average annual construction turnover.
4) The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 65 (Sixty Five) crore.
5) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 60 (Sixty) crore.
