• The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 29,42,000 over the last 05 years.
• The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 15,94,000.
• The minimum tender capacity shall be: 18,40,000 TK.
• Tender security less than 3 percent
• The amount of the Tender Security shall be BDT 62,000.
• Total Duration 6 months (180 Days).
