Eligibility criteria:
• The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction of Pipeline and CMS/RMS works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.
• The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of similar nature of works successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years with a value of at least Tk. 3,00,000.
• The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 5,50,000 over the last 03 (Three) financial years in the last 05 (Five) financial years.
• The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid assets or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them of the Tenderers shall be Tk 2,10,000.
• The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 3,00,000.
• The amount of the Tender Security shall be Tk.12,500 in favor of JGTDSL.
• Total Duration 6 months (180 Days).
• Document Selling Price BDT 500 (Five Hundred).
• Tenderers shall have Valid up-to-date enlisted certificate with 1.4 Category under Petrobangla or its companies.
