Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1400000 ~ 4200000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) The satisfactory completion of supply of Mechanical Consumable Goods/ spares to any Govt./ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Organization at least 02 (two) Contract each of the amount of al least 15 (Fifteen) Lac under Single contracts within the last 05 (five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Mechanical Seal) to any Govt./ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Organization of at least 01 (One) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Lac; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(c) Tenderer must have average annual turnover of an amount of TK 25,00,000.00 (Twenty Five Lac ) within last 03 years.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is at Least Tk. 100% of offered value. Liquid asset must be in the form of bank solvancey and statement from any scheduled bank mentioning the tender ID and name of the work.
1. Site visit report shall be submitted along with the tender.
2. Tenderer shall submit a warranty certificate of 12 Months.
3. Tenderer shall submit a compliance certificate that the seal is match with existing system/ equipment and will be delivared within 30 (Thirty) days from the date of Contract Signing.
