Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 800000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2400000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 800000 ~ 2400000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer must submit Valid e-Tin Certificate, Latest Income Tax Return Certificate, VAT Certificate, Up-to-date Trade License.
2. Tenderer shall have experience suppling similar goods to any Govt./ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Organization under 01 (one) contract of the amount at least 7 (Seven) Lac within the last 05 (Five) years. (Contract Agreement and Acceptance Certificate / End User Certificate must be submitted).
3.Tenderer shall submit a warranty certificate of 06 (Six) Months.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets is at Least Tk. 9,00,000( Nine Lakh ) only. Liquid asset must be in the form of bank solvancey and statement from any scheduled bank mentioning the tender ID and name of the work.
5. Mechanical Consumable Goods will be supplied within 30 ( Thirty) Days after Contract Signing .
6. Authority reserve the right to cancel this tender without showing any cause or reason.
