Eligibility criteria:
1) Updated and Valid trade license (Trade License & Business Type must be Relevent);
2) Valid VAT/BIN Registration Certificate;
3) Valid TIN with Updated Taxpayer Certificate;
4) Latest Bank Solvency Certificate;
5) Manufacturer's/Distributor's Authorization Certificate.
6) Quotationer must fill up all Columns in Price and Delivery Schedule for Goods. Only One Brand & Model has to be mentioned.
7) Technical Specification Submission and Compliance Sheet of all Items in Official Pad. Technical Specification Submission and Compliance Sheet will contain columns as-Serial No., Product Name, Specification, Country of Origin, Make/ Assemble, Brand & Model. Quotationer’s Offered Technical Specification must be similar with Brochures/Catalogue/Data Sheet.
8) Quotationer must have the satisfactory completion of Similar/Relevant/Specific Supply Experience in BRRI in the last 03 (Three) of years with Contact Completion Certificate.
9) 100% Bill will be paid after Completion of Delivery and final Acceptance by BRRI Technical Inspection and Acceptance Committee (TIAC). The bill payment Process may take 30 to 45 Days.
10) Warranty & After Sales Service Certificate in official Pad.
11) Original Product Catalogue/ Brochure.
12) All kinds of necessary accessories to function the product practically, Training, Installation free of Cost by Quotationer.
