6. Warranty Certificate in official Pad;
7. Press Declaration Certificate is a Must Under Section 4(2) of “Printing and Publication (Declaration and Registration) Act, 1973”
8. Technical Specification Submission and Compliance Sheet of all Items in Own Official Pad.
9. If any Tenderer involves / try to involve in any kind of Fraudulence, Corruption, Collusive and Cohesive work, it must be considered Professional Misconduct & Offence and Legal Action may be taken according to PPR-2025 against the Relevant Tenderer/Tenderers without any Notification or Accountability.
