Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 12500000.
Eligibility criteria:
"1.Tenderer shall have a minimum of three years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
2.The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 45 lac under maximum 2 contracts in the last 5 years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3. Tenderer shall have a specific experience in supply, installation and Commissioning of at least 20 KW ongrid solar system with a single contract in any Government/ Private/ Autonomous organization in Bangladesh.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. 48 (Forty Eight) lac.
5. The Tenderer shall submit documents as evidence of the above requirements.
6. The Tenderer shall submit valid and updated Trade License, Updated Income Tax Certificate/Updated Income Tax Return Slip and VAT registration certificate. "
