* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.

Eligibility criteria:
"1. Tenderer must have minimum 3 (Three) years of General Experience of Supply of WTP or DM Plant chemical or any other chemicals and related services.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of Boiler Water Treatment or Cooling Water treatment chemicals in any Govt./Semi-govt/Autonomous organizations/Power Plants/Private organizations amounting not less than BDT 5,50,000.00 (Taka Five Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) under single contract within last 05 (Five) Years.
3. Tenderer shall submit End-User Certificate(s) (in the letterhead pad of the employer duly signed and sealed by the employer along with contact details & phone number of the employer) in support of the experience clearly mentioning the contract value, amount received under the contract, description of the supplying chemicals, contract date and completion date.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 8,00,000.00 (Eight Lakh Taka) .
5. The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card (of authorized signatory), Trade License, Income Tax Certificates/Acknowledgement Slip/TAX Return Certificate and e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate [Ref.: ITT 22.1 of e-TD]."
