2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 445.00 Lac ( Four Hundred Forty Five Lac) the last 5 (Five) years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.140.00 Lac (One Hundred Forty Lac) only.
4. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk 177.00 Lac (One Hundred Seventy seven Lac) only.
