Eligibility criteria:

The Tenders shall have:
1) Valid Trade license, up-to-date TIN Certificate and VAT Certificate.
2)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 3 (Three) years..
3)The minimum specific experience as a contractor of a similar nature, completed within the last 20 years, with a value of at least Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five Point Zero Zero )Lac.
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenders shall be Tk. 30.00 (Thrity Point Zero Zero Lac).
5) The Tenderes shall have Annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 48.00 (Eourty Eight Point Zero Zero) Lac for the last 05 (five) years. (A year-wise breakdown of turnover is mandatory and must be submitted with the papers & Audit report must be submitted with the tender document).
6) The Tenders shall have The Minimum Tender Capacity of Tk. 35.00 (Thrity Five Point Zero Zero) lac only.
